Bridesmen and Bouquets

Lucy, on February 4, 2018 at 18:34 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 4

If you had a bridesman, what did he carry down the aisle? Did he carry a bouquet or did he wear a boutonniere? Are there other flower options I'm not thinking of?

I've always seen bridesmen with boutonnieres, either walking alone or walking beside a groomsman. They could even walk a parent or grandparent down the aisle, seat them, and then go to the front.

I'm having a groomslady and she's getting a bouquet. My sister-in-law had all her brothers be bridesmen and she gave them boutonnieres. Walking down with their hands clasped or even with a bridesmaid is a good option as well.

My man of honour is getting a boutonnière and walking down the aisle with his hands clasped in front of himself. My FH was a brides man and he said that way worked the best plus it saves money

I think a boutonniere would be lovely. I don't know if there are any other options that you are missing.
