We've canceled our normal 70 person wedding. Now having a small 25 person wedding in our backyard. All 6 of my bridesmaids are attending but I don't know whether to have them wear their dresses anymore?
We're thinking of having the wedding party walk down the aisle and then sit. We've opted out of anyone standing beside us since it's a small number and seems weird to have 6 bridesmaids up there. Also my fiancé and his groomsmen - only 2/4 got their suits ordered before we canceled the bigger wedding.
Is it weird to have bridesmaids and groomsmen walk down the aisle but have them sit? Should we opt out of the dresses and suits and have them wear normal formal attire? We're sort of doing this "non traditional" since we've had to pivot 3 weddings now and we don't want our wedding party to waste the money they spent already and just need some advice on what you would do
