Wonderful advice here from the previous posters, Alie. Did you get this issue with the dresses resolved yet? Have they got their dresses?

Maybe send them a gentle reminder about the dresses and how you only have a short amount of time before the big day!
Like the other ladies have said offering to pay for the dresses or part of them right now until they can pay you back if that is an issue

Talk to your BMs and ask what is the best way for them to make time to get the dresses or pay you for them if they can't due to financial reasons. Have a contract or good verbal contract/email to confirm they will be on board.

Alternative is to get them to wear the colour you have set. I know your down to the wire and timing of the dresses and alterations will be tight. Sometimes it best to work with what you got at the time.

Perhaps you could offer to pay for their dresses until they can pay you back if the reason they haven't gotten theirs is money related? We offered to do this for our girls and guys too and got taken up on it even!

I assume that since they haven't gotten dresses yet that you aren't insisting they get matching dresses or ones that are the same colour so you could also offer to go with them to try looking around and you could do this one on one with them too!

I have one more week than you but I still have few people who haven't picked them up. I would just nicely remind them- it might be a finances issue but about booking alterations if needed and leaving enough time for that
