Bridesmaid dresses.

So I have an issue. I went to a dress store with all 5 of my bridesmaids I'm October. When they came in in March there are a number of issues. Bridesmaid 1 was 4 inches to small. Had to reorder her. The original size was a 10. They didn't fit so they told her to get a size 18. That came in today and now 4 inches to big. She also had to pay for shipping 2 times because she lives 5 hours from me. Bridesmaid 2. Dress is to small couldn't get zipper done up. Took to their seamstress and she got it done up and said she wouldn't alter it because it did up. But she can barely move in it. Bridesmaid 3 it's to big as they wouldnt wait to order it a bit and custom size it as she has been working out. They have been giving her a hard time about altering it and it doesn't fit properly. Number 4 and 5 are bit but manageable.
The WORST part is they are the WRONG COLOR. When I went in I told them online the color bordeaux was what I wanted because online it was a deep plum purple. They didn't have swatch in of it but assured me it was a dark plum purple. The dresses came in as a true bordeaix color as I've learned is a purple burgundy color. MY BAD. I told them this is not what I wanted and what I wanted was on the website. I was told that the pixilizatipn online was different and the girls would have to order new dresses and would take off 25%. Thay won't work. The dresses were over $300. It's not fair to them to buy new dresses for the dress stores mistake. I don't know what to do as my wedding is 2 months away. The color is ok but not whay I wanted. And the girls are having so much issue and having to spend more koney with crazy alterations
