So my sister got her maid of honor dress from bridal salon . My mom paid for it it was $275 I didn't realize it was that much and that is way too expensive for my other two bridesmaids to pay for. So I am asking any suggestions on online stores to buy bridesmaids dresses and since my sisters dress is light blue should I try to find blue simular to hers to match with other bridesmaids dresses or should I do a different colour like silver?

So my mother is willing to pay for one of my bridesmaids dress( her dress will cost $225) She has been my friend for over 15 years. my other bridesmaid who has been my friend for a few years I will help pay for half. I LOVE the Bill Levkoff collection!

I second Asos and Modcloth.

My MOH's dress came from Asos and it was absolutely perfect! I hadn't found anything that matched what i wanted at any bridal salon.
It was only $140 and shipped really quickly!

You can go with another colour like silver, navy, or blush. I don't know your palette but your bridesmaids don't even have to match. Each can have her own colour but try to keep them either all darker shades or all lighter than you MOH.

I like the idea of your sister (MoH) wearing a different colour than the bridesmaids. IT will be clear to everyone who the MoH is and it will make it that much more special for your sister. There are lots of weddings these days where all the bridesmaids are in different shades, or colours, of the wedding. As long as the dresses are in the colours of your wedding, it will look great.

I think it would be special if your sister wears a different colour than your bridesmaids. I like the idea of a light blue and silver or light grey together. I would look at David's Bridal for some inspiration as they also have decent prices and lots of sales.

You could try a David's Bridal if they are in your area (if not they have an online store). You could also get away with your sister having a different dress since she is the maid of honour while your other bridesmaids look different. That could provide more cost effective options for you!

They could do a light blue too. I'm letting my bridesmaids find their dresses since they all have different budgets and atyles and one of my bridesmaids is in england until 2 months before the wedding. I just set the color and length. I know someone that found great stuff on varage sale or le chateau
