Hello!!

I have a question about choosing a bridesmaid.
Before reading this wedding app I thought bridesmaids and groomsman were supposed to be equal. I of course asked my son to be a groomsman but to make a long story short, in order for my son to come I also asked his so so girlfriend to come. I really don't want her to be a bridesmaid, what should I do and how do I tell her in order not to hurt my son and her

She doesn't have to be a bridesmaid, but she can be a regular guest. My fiance has a married groomsman who's wife is going to come but I don't want her as a bridesmaid because I hardly know her. Still, I don't want her to feel alone in a strange city so on the days that the guys are doing stuff, I decided that I'll probably invite her to my girls events. She won't have to stand up at the wedding, I won't need to give her a dress, but she can still be pampered and feel welcome even if we aren't close.
