Bridal Shoes: Are the no nice flats out there?

Hi everyone,



I'm looking for bridal flats. My fiance is only slightly taller than me so I don't really want to wear heels and tower over him. And, knowing I'm going to be on my feet all day, I would really like to wear flats to be as comfortable as possible. But I'm having a really hard time finding flats (either closed or sandals) that has that bridal vibe, like heels tend to have.
Our wedding is next year so I still have plenty of time to find shoes but I'm really struggling to find something that isn't just your basic white flip flop. Any ideas or suggestions on where I could find something?

    Hi! I am in the same boat! I've given up on heels because my toes usually go numb within 1 hour... so flats for me! I'm getting married May 2021 (hopefully!)

    How much taller is "slightly" - are we talking two inches or just a hair? Does that factor in his dress shoes as well, which will likely add in around an inch of height?

    I have a friend who is taller than her fiance and he's wearing his wear as a spiky up-do to make up the height difference.

    Or, if you really want heels and you really want him to be taller...elevator shoes for him! Smiley xd
