Bridal party get together .....???

I'm hoping to get my bridal party together at some point before the big day. However, 2 of them live 7 hours from us and the other is around 16 hours. Hopefully they will all be able to make it to our stag & doe this summer in my fiances hometown. I'd love to have us all together.

I'm thinking we'll probably do something like that too my bridesmaids and the groomsmen have met before, but aren't all very close, so we'd like to get them in the same room to get to know each other.

Really!! It has! How is it like? Are they mix and match or did you order all the same dress?

Yeah I will be having a specail night just with my gals to make a couple things .. including assembling my invitations when its time ... oh yes we have already gone dress shopping and ordered their dresses and actually one has already come in so i am super impressed !!

I don't know if you'll also be making some DIYs for your wedding but I thought you might like these ideas too if you want to make some with your bridesmaids: DIY activities you can do with your bridesmaids Have you already done some dress shopping together?

I would love to do this as well! Even if it's just getting out for dinner or something! My bridesmaids know each other well, but my fiancé's best man doesn't really know the rest of the groomsmen. The groomsmen are my fiancés brothers and his sisters boyfriend. His best man is my maid of honours husband. They're great friends but because his best man is more associated with my side ( my moh is my cousin) he's never really gotten to know my fiancés siblings.

We are as we need everyone in the party to meet before the wedding social. We will have a get together for March and hope for the best.

Yeah we have 12 of us all together so it would be very do able ... I am really hoping I can make this work ... makes things so much easier to get everyone on the same page

I REALLY wanted to do this but the groomsmen are annoyingly unavailable like all the time, so I just gave up trying. But I think a nice low key backyard hangout is perfect! My plan was to just invite everyone to our house to have a bbq (we only have 8 so it would have been very managable)

I think that's a great idea! I wish we could have done something like this but our wedding party was too spread out across the country. Luckily my bridesmaids knew each other but if I'd had the opportunity, I definitely would have wanted to have them all meet and hang out in advance. I would have loved to do like a game day and played a bunch of board games or BBQ like you said.
