As a hair stylist, about 20% of that updo would be real hair, and 80% extensions. In order to get that much volume and length, you would need extremely long extensions, and a lot of them. You’d be looking at about $600-$800 for the cost of the extension hair alone, minimum. They’re beautiful updos and hopefully you guys can make it work, but just wanted to give a heads up!

If she does want extensions tell her to check out xtreme extensions. They have an Instagram link as well; just google them. Their reviews are fabulous and they’d be able to set and style her hair with the extensions as well. A friend of mine went to them for her wedding and I will most likely be using them too. I have shoulder length hair so the styles I want aren’t really an option for me otherwise.

I'm not from Ontario, so I can't really help with recommendations, but I can say, to do these styles, her hair needs to be incredibly thick, or put in extensions for the day. Just a heads up for when she's getting a trial done.

Not sure if there is one in your area. but we have Dry Parlour (its a blow dry place, hair wash/updo place, not a full fledged salon). may be worth looking into something like that. and taking photos to show them.
