I would talk to florists in your area about it and they will be able to do something similar for you. Basically you just take a whole bunch of roses apart and put them back together to make one giant rose. There are even tutorials online if you wanted to make a silk one yourself. Google composite bouquet you will find lots in different colours with different flowers although the most common is a white rose. They are beautiful!

It is called a composite bouquet and any florist should be able to do the giant rose for you. If you are specifically looking for the bling on the edges then you might need to source those from that specific location.

I think your best option is like Erin said. When in doubt always start with the website in the ad. good luck, it's gorgeous
