How far ahead did everyone book their venue and how many did you consider before choosing. We have had our hearts set on one but Im wondering if we should check out a couple before settling. Thanks

    We booked a year in advance but there were not many dates left to choose from... luckily we got the month we wanted but I'm glad we didny wait any longer.

    We booked our venue a few weeks ago and aren't getting married until next July.

    We looked at a couple and got quotes from numerous others.

    If there was something we didn't like, we didn't bother going to the venue to see it.

    The first place we looked at was almost all booked for next year already and our original date wasn't available.

    The second place we looked at had our revised date available but the weekend before and after was already booked.

    Definitely check out a few places comparing it to the one your heart is set on.

    We only looked at one before booking and then we looked at 2 ceremony locations. We booked both about 8-10 months out

    We booked the venue 15 months in advance. If you have your heart set on a particular venue and it's within your budget etc, just book it asap.

    Kicking Horse Mountain its a beautiful venue
    I liked Rustic Wedding at High Mountain Tree Farm.

    We atr pretty set on the 1 i liked a couple other but my FH was not very into the others.

    We booked just under 2 years in advance.

    We only checked out 1 other one - we knew our venue was it right away

    We booked just under 2 years!
    We had 2 we considered but one of them we were absolutely in love with and new it would be the one, so we booked it! So glad we did when we did because they booked up 2019 fast and now they are booked till 2021 and then are done after that.
    I say view the one you love and if there is another check that out too but book asap because venues book up fast these days!
