Best jewellery insurance for Canadians?

I have been trying to find out options for jewellery insurance. Most people just attach it to their home/tenants insurance, but I don't have the option to do that Smiley smile Thinking about purchasing stand alone insurance for my engagement ring but the only company I see for Canada is Jewellers Mutal. US seems to have a lot more options like Lavalier etc. Are there any other companies that offer stand alone jewellery insurance?

    We added it to our home insurance that we have for our condo! just a quick phone call!

    Some insurance companies may not have jewelry insurance though they may add it to the home for a price as mentioned by Kelsie. Best to inquire or go with the jeweller insurance themselves to have a back up plan.

    I just added it to the home insurance. It was easier for me - really not that expensive - $30/month and depends on how much the ring is “valued” at.

    Most jewelry chains will insure their pieces, but that is only as good as the company. I bought insurance of Ben Moss and then they went bankrupt 🤷‍♀️ So it is a risk
