Hello! Looking for some recommendations on how to pamper leading up to the wedding? Obviously, we'd all want to be careful of trying new or adventurous things (like bangs or a spray tan for the first time), so what are some safe essentials?

Some clinics offer pre-wedding beauty treatments. One of my friends did a "bridal party" or sth like that at MDA in Mississauga before her wedding with her mom, future mother-in-law, and a couple of bridesmaids. From what I remember, the treatments closest to the wedding were mostly hydrating medical-grade facials and skincare rather than anything aggressive.I thought it was a nice idea because it gave everyone a chance to relax together and feel refreshed before the big day. But honestly, I'd focus less on adding a bunch of treatments and more on making sure I'm well-rested and not stressed out.
