So I bought my beautiful dress over a year ago and decided to go with the boutiques payment option rather than all at once. Super nice rather than forking over 1500$ from the get go.
Fast forward to today, I go to phone in a payment over the phone using my credit card, and the number was no in use anymore. RED FLAG! I go to their website and they combined locations with their sister store, no big deal. So I confirmed with the lady on the phone that my dress would be there, and she put me on hold to check... ITS NOT THERE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! I have 7 and 1/2 months left till my wedding and she says its not there... She told me it was out of her control since it might be with the other stock.. well my question is.. my dress was bought off the rack, and put into a white bag with my name on it... What if I went to go pick it up and I was told it's not there... She basically told me I have to wait till the stock department gets back to her and hopefully my dress is there, and told me if its not they would issue me a refund... Well what about the fact I don't have a dress anymore if that's the case... I'm freaking out right now and I don't know what to do if it comes down to the fact my dress is not there... OMG!!!
