Backyard wedding reception

Hi everyone! We are getting married with the Brampton city hall and than planning the reception just in our backyard with only 40 guests which is only 48 days away ! I am in dire need of an event coordinator that can do the whole reception (tables, chairs, tableware, lights, all decorations, etc.) in a standard size backyard. Any suggestions within the GTA?
