I'd take it to a seamstress and see about getting cups sewn in, and you can add double sided tape for a little extra security

Can you speak to a seamstress and see if there is an option for built in support? Sticky bras are great unless you sweat...then they slide all over the place (in my experience!) I had cups sown into my dress and it was a very no-fuss situation.

Sticky push up as already mentioned or you can get push up cups sewn into the dress.

Sticky bras are the best! I have one from AbrcadaBRA and i just love it!

Try looking at those sticky push up bras they have. I got mine from the website “Curve Control” and I love them! Got every color and it surprisingly holds them up without underwire and all that Jazz. Plus no straps. It’s adhesive is great too doesn’t bother me and I’m allergic to most adhesives
