    We got engaged at a gorgeous cabin situated in the woods on the edge of a bunch of paddocks with horses. It was lovely and just the two of us.

    In our bedroom! It was very sweet! He had a panicky voice so I came in thinking something was wrong but came in to see this!

    We were on vacation in Miami Beach (we were there a few days before setting out on a Caribbean Cruise) with our friends and we were walking along the beach before dinner. It's Miami so there were palm trees everywhere and I love them! My FH asked one of our friends to get our pictures taken by some trees. Our friend took a few then my FH stated he wanted to get one more and I went to strike a pose while my FH went down on one knee and proposed with the ring.

    He proposed to me in our living room at home. We were sitting on the couch, watching tv, and a commercial break came on. He got up off the couch, got down on one knee, pulled out my perfect ring, and asked me to marry him.

    Our proposal happened at my great-aunts house in Christmas. Most of my family was there and he asked me on one knee in front of my family! My nephew was sitting beside us at the time and he was a little mad he wasn’t forewarned but he often tells ahead of time so he couldn’t tell him lol
