Hello ladies,

Has anyone recently ordered bridesmaid or mother dresses from azazie.ca? Did you get charged for duty fees? I’m so confused because under the dresses I like, it says “faster shipping + duty free” but on their FAQ it says try on samples ship from their warehouse in Canada but all other products come from their US warehouse so I’d assume if it’s coming from the US, there would be duty fees. Trying to figure out if it’s worth it before I order samples to try and colour swatches.

Their customer service is amazing! However off of this I do have to do a return and order again. I’m worried the color will be different then then the other brides made a since it’s in a different dye? Has anyone order separately outside of the show room and has the color still be equal?

Wow never thought of that! Luckily we have plenty of time since the wedding is only in January 2021 but I’ll definitely keep that in mind so we order sooner than later if we do go with them. Thanks for the info! 😊

Just a heads up I have heard that some Azazie shipments are delayed due to the coronavirus (fabric may be from China), so just give yourself some extra time!

I have ordered from them and did get charged duties. It could have been the fact that we ordered 3 dresses on the same order so price would have been higher and that caused duties. I'm pretty sure it was only like $30-$50 extra dollars.

Despite having to pay the duties I still had an AMAZING experience with this website and I highly recommend it. I ordered the custom dress and sent in my measurements, the dress fit perfectly when it arrived didn't even need to be hemmed ( and I'm 5'0 so that never happens)

I've never ordered but I've heard amazing things from other brides on here! It sounds like they have the best variety of colors and styles regardless of duty.
