I would say if you are inviting your boss and they are married then yes their S/O should be invited .. that is just my opinion...

I'm a social butterfly at work and if i was to invite all my co-workers that would already be 3 or 4 tables alone! (not even including my fiance!).

For now, I am only inviting my cloest co-workers (The ones I hang out with outside of work). As will my fiance. That will take up around 2 tables in total. However, I did put my direct team on a "waitlist" if there is space left.

A question I have here. "what about your co-worker's S/O?" Luckily most of my cloest co-workers are single or I know their S/O. But what about... let's say... your Boss' wife for example? Would it be awkward to just invite your boss?

Yes, My co-workers are comming and my boss because we are friends outside of work, I honestly spend more time with these people then I do my own family so it only felt fitting that they come share in my special day ! ( only the close ones of course)

We are getting married in Calgary but we live in Drumheller which is between an hour to an hour and a half away. We considered getting married in Drumheller but it is smaller and we don't have any family in Drumheller so we would have a crowd of people staying at our house. We both have family that live in Calgary so it is just easier with so many more options for vendors and hotels and taxis and airports to have it in Calgary.

Hey Laura!! Smiley heart Really? An hour away? Is that because you wanted to get married in the countryside? Where will it be?

Hi Ami Smiley heart I'm sure that will make great conversations at work the Monday after your wedding! Smiley winking Do you still both work at the same place? Are most of your friends in common, people you met at work?

We aren't. I am not close to my staff outside of work and we are getting married in the city an hour from where we live.

I have 8 co-workers who I have became best friends with outside of work. My fiance has his boss and his wife coming as they have been so helpful and are like family to us. He will also be having co-workers come to just the dance and late night lunch part of the wedding as we want them their for the party!

    Hi Sheena Smiley heart

An 8 hour drive is definitely a great way to select only the ones who you are closest to! Smiley laugh Where are you celebrating your wedding? Is it far from where you live?

How many coworkers did you invite? Smiley smile

We will be inviting co-workers to our weddings that we are close too and are good friends with. Also, my mom is inviting some of her co-workers that have known me over the years to our wedding.

Yes. My co-workers are like family. It's an open invite and 8 hrs drive away, so I know only the closest will come. And there are no individual invites for them so they have to know me enough to get the deers personally.
