Archiving Vendor messages, and message functionality

Hi WeddingWire

How do I archive conversations with Vendors? The conversations with Vendors I've decided not to go with are simply lurking in my inbox and in the way. I would love to archive them to get them out of the space. There doesn't seem to be an option to either archive or delete Vendor messages. I can see not deleting them, but for the love of organization, please let me archive!

Also - it would be super duper helpful if you added the functionality to archive or delete normal messages from WITHIN the message (rather than having to back out to the previous window, remember which message I just clicked because the preview doesn't show enough words to know who was who, and try to archive from there.)

Let me know if you have any ways to address this.

Thanks for this. I can see not allowing Delete function from vendors... But once a vendor has made it to the discard pile it would be so so so excellent to archive them (still searchable). Perhaps this functionality could be added once a vendor reaches the discard or unavailable stage, so it keeps the inbox clear for the confirmed vendors. OR, how about this: have two filters for vendor conversations: ALL or pending&negotiation &confirmed.

Otherwise it's just too tricky to sort through 60 vendor conversations to find the ones I need.

Hi Holly! Currently users are unable to archive messages from vendors. We don't want you losing any important info!! You can use the sort options on the left side of the inbox to view other types of messages as you navigate your inbox (private messages, notifications, etc.)
I'll also make sure to pass along your feedback about taking action within the message!
