Am i not able to change an event name after it's been created?

Wedding wire created a rehearsal dinner event which is great, but it turns out we are not having a dinner, it's going to be a ceremony rehearsal only. I tried to change the name of the event in the editing section but it's greyed out? Are you not able to edit the name of it once it's been created and guests assigned to RSVP for that event? I don't want to start over and I don't want people to accidentally think it's going to be a dinner.

I recreated and deleted the default! Thank you! I was wondering if I was missing something super obvious lol.

You can only edit events that you create, not one of the ones that come default. Have people already RSVP'd for it? If not, I would just recreate a ceremony rehearsal and resend the invites while deleting the Rehearsal Dinner event. Or you can send a message through the app that states there will be no dinner.
