That's great! Such a cool idea, even if it wasn't yours

We're getting a wine barrel signed! We're putting it in a corner so whatever is on display can be signed, that way when we put it back in our home we can see everything. I can take NO credit for either of these ideas as it was my MOH that said we should use our wine barrel for the guest book (we acquired a gorgeous, legit free one about a year ago and it's just one of those statement rustic pieces in our place), and my wonderful fiance was the one that said we should stick it in a corner to make sure we can always see the signatures etc

A photo guest book with custom page where guest can leave a notes/messages is great too

We’re thinking of doing an alternate altogether to the guest book concept. Personally, just not our style to have an item on display with a bunch of signatures afterwards, but to each there own! We like the idea of doing well wishes time capsule jar that we can open on our first anniversary or have folks sign/leave messages on wine bottles that we’ll open at various milestones & anniversaries to the years to come.

We're undecided, but will either do the stained wood idea OR the framed guest book! That way it can be displayed in the living room afterwards, so we can be reminded everyday of our special day

We did a regular guest book with a custom made pen from Vistaprint with our names and date. I have seen these ideas as my parents had a sign frame for their 25th anniversary. Its a nice idea to frame up as your memory. There is no wrong choice in which way you choose to have guests sign at the gift table.

My fiance and I are going with the traditional guest book nothing fancy

Hey Stacey! We are doing a old farm house window, that I re-painted. Then did our names and date on it in vinyl, and we have oil paint pens for our guests to use to sign!

We are doing a stained wooden sign with our initial and names/date and everyone can sign it 😀

That was a challenge for me to find a cool idea.
So we’ll be having a guest book frame. Have to add our photo and make sure to walk with pens or sharpie marker. Hahaah

Nice idea! A great way to remember who attended. Advice from the wedding I worked, I'd recommend an announcement be made because I know a number of people by passed the table since it was crowded at the beginning of the night.

Because our original wedding had to be postponed - my sister surprised us on that date (we still got married with 10 people at the park) with a tribute video from all of our closest friends and family. It was AMAZING. At our actual wedding we did a guest bottle with these giant wine bottles we have from my husband's big boxing day family events. We use them as decor in our house already so it was perfect.

We have really liked the idea of stained wood in some sort of shape with our last name on it and everyone sign around that board. Something like this:

Cool idea! Good thing QR codes made a comeback.

I did a virtual guest book. People were able to take a photo or video and upload it to us with a message. We placed a sign at each table with a QR code that people can scan on their phones that goes to the guest book.
