Went to pick up my dress today from the seamstress. My girlfriend is a professional tailor and did the alterations for me as a gift.

It's absolutely perfect - fits like a dream. Only thing I have left to do is pick up a belt and add it on.

The pictures are of it bustled but the train is awesome when it's un bustled

Thanks! Jennifer did an amazing job with the dress, and the bustle is sturdy and hidden. It leaves me with a 6" train instead of a 2-3 foot train (Nothing can be done about that, it's the way the handkerchief hem sits).
And it blew my mind too...so THATS what being tall looks like.

I've got my heels on but normally with heels I don't look that tall. I think it's just the design of the dress making me look taller!

I LOVE that I look tall in it, too - when I'm not quite 5'4", looking tall in anything is a novelty!
