All about catering - What's for dessert?

We haven't chosen dessert yet from the hotel caterer, but it is included with the meal. We will be having a Blizzard cake for our cake cutting and we will also have a late night pizza bar.

Our caterer will be serving apple pastries with vanilla custard and caramel drizzle, like all 3 of my favourite things in one dessert! lol apart from that, we're having gourmet cupcakes set out and then a poutine bar for the late night snack.

We had a caramel apple blossom with ice cream. It was really good!

We're doing our cake with late night, but there's also a dessert of ice cream or a cake or brownie or something

Our dessert is either a vegan brownie or creme brule, both with vanilla ice cream.. and then wedding cake

We’re planning on doing cake pops for our guests!

We had a mango-coconut rum cheesecake. It was amazing!

We are having a sweet table and buffet style Gulab Jamun and Ras Malai! No wedding cake! We think there's enough and cake is so expensive!

Our dinner has a dessert provided so we'll be choosing one of those (most likely the mousse trio) and we're going to be making a candy table with homemade candies from Honeydukes (aka. Harry Potter sweets shop)!

Probably a choice between cheesecake or chocolaye mousse

Crème brulee with cake slice for family and other guests received a pastry with the crème brulee.

We're not sure yet. One thing is for sure, we're not doing a special wedding cake. We'll simply service the desserts offered with the menu.

We have creme brulee and cheesecake that will be served right after dinner and our wedding cake will be served with the late night snacks

We haven’t decided this yet! Maybe a raspberry crepe!

Tartufo will be the plated dessert, but we'll also be having an ice cream and waffles station (and maybe a cake).

Dessert is include in our meal. We are upgrading to cheesecake and then our wedding cake will just be for the wedding party and parents

Doughnuts and fresh fruits.

We have our cake which is the top tier is a small enough for us and the wedding party then 3 different cupcakes flavours fill the next few tiers, vanilla, red velvet and mocha chocolate. The our dessert table is an assortment of desserts different family members are baking.

I LOVE sweets, so this was basically the only food-related thing I cared about.

For the plated dessert, we're having a sherbet trio, because I have celiac disease and wanted something I could enjoy without worry. We are also serving wedding cake (one tier is gluten free), and for the Venetian hour, we will have a fresh seasonal fruit station, a desert table with pastrie and cakes, and a Belgian Waffle station. SO EXCITED.

We are doing a small cake for cutting that will just be for my FH and I. Cupcakes for the adults, with a select few for the allergy guests. Then cake pops for the littles so they aren't hyped up on sugar. Haven't decided if I want to do anything else yet.

We planned to have dessert - Chocolate Molten Lava Cake to be exact lol

We are planning to do a very small wedding cake as its so costly and the guest get cake as a dessert anyways.

I'm with Tori on this one, all those yummy squares and a good variety so someone will find something they like. I am also planning on surprising my FH with a small cake in a Greatful Dead theme, depending on the $$.

Dessert with dinner - probably their seasonal creme brulee because I hear it is divine! And pumpkin pie tarts for the wedding favor.

We had so many desserts, I couldn’t even name them all. We got cupcakes through a baker. Our buffet includes a ton of desserts for both adults and kids. It was amazing! Haha

We will be having dainties! (lemon squares, nanaimo bars, peanut butter marshmallow squares, butter tarts, etc.!)

Theeeeeeen when we get to the bonfires (weather permitting), we will pull out the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate for s'mores!!!

We’re thinking of doing pie instead of cake. Then an assortment of our favourites (all gluten free of course). I want donuts and cinnamon rolls for sure
