    Entre - Salad or Soup.

    Main - Chicken or Beef/Salmon.

    Side - oven roasted potatoes with herbs and mix veg.

    Dessert - Blizzard Cake.

    Lat Night Buffet - Pizza bar.

    Haven't decided yet but there's a filet mignon option, a stuffed chicken option, and a bunch of other things that look sooooo good! And they have 3 veggie options (2 are vegan) and all look amazing, but I wanna do the stuffed pepper

    We have 2 veggie pasta options, one is mushroom ravioli and it's amazing... filet mignon, chicken surpreme... starts with a fig and goat cheese salad and an option of avocado toast or brie with berry compote.

    We haven't got our menu choices yet. They have a seasonal menu and just opened not too long ago. All I know is it will be a 3 course meal with appetizer, main course and a dessert.

    We had a Caesar Salad starter, the main course was Sail loft Stuffed Chicken, Spaghetti Squash Medley, or Carved Roast Beef. For dessert, New York Cheesecake with a mango-coconut rum sauce

    Bam! This is our actual printed menu haha! Just finished designing and printing it! Will be a circle menu 1 per person in the middle of gold charger plates!

    4 course plated meals of salad, soup, chicken (main course) and crème brulee for dessert. Kids had chicken fingers and fries with vanilla ice cream.

    Late night buffet included assorted sandwiches and wraps, veggies and fruits platters.

    We are having a family style serving for our main course! Everything vegan, of course. Smiley winking Grilled gem potatoes, black bean + roasted corn salad, kale salad, grilled cauliflower ‘steak’, chickpea gallette, roasted olives + pickled vegetables!

    It'll be a pork and beef roast (spit roast!!!), with all the fixings. We haven't finalized the fixings yet.

    We haven't had our tasting and chosen our exact menu yet, but based on our options we'll have:

    Soup (Cheddar broccoli, caramelized onion and yam or potato leek)

    Salad (seasonal greens, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette or romaine lettuce with caesar vinaigrette, grana padano and a pesto focaccia)

    Main- Chicken breast marengo with vegetables and roasted potatoes (we've already pretty much decided on the chicken option since it is likely to be the most universally liked among guests)

    Dessert- Coffee, tea and New York cheesecake

    Antipasto bar, guests get a choice of steak, chicken or vegetarian, desert and then midnight table.

    We will have antipasto for cocktail hour.
    Pasta with meatballs and sausage. And then a choice of chicken or salmon for the main dish ( we have yet to pick the exact chicken dish) we are then upgrading dessert to cheesecake!

    Ours is pretty basic -

    Penne alla Napolitana / Risotto ai Funghi (pasta course)

    Bacon Wrapped Fillet Mignon & Chicken Supreme with Gouda & Red Pepper (entrees)

    Fresh Grilled Asparagus / Red and Yellow Peppers / Duchesse Potato / Salads California Mix

    Desserts Sherbet Trio

    Ours was a buffet. It included New York steak with béarnaise sauce, maple glaze salmon, golden beet salad, Bacon leek soup, Fingerling potato salad, garden green salad with different dressings, veggies and dip, baked potatoes with all the toppings available and grilled vegetables as well. The kids buffet had a ton of stuff. They had the best chicken tenders. Lots of the adults ate them LOL. They also had lasagna, pasta with different toppings, Mac and cheese, fries, lots of different veggies and fruit. There was SO much food!

    We will be having roast beef or chicken for meats, mashed potato's w/ gravy, mixed beans w/ carrots, a garden salad and ceaser salad, mixed variety of buns. Everything is gluten free as well.
