Affordable wedding planners in Vancouver

My fiancé an I have a Venue set but since it’s a friend’s acreage we will need to plan EVERYTHING. Tent rentals, bathrooms, tables chairs, catering etc. I wanted to get help from a planner that was well versed in those things as we’re both quite busy with work. We will have around 150 people so it won’t be a small wedding to plan even though it will be in a “backyard”. Let me know if you have any tips/recommend wedding planners Smiley smile

    Kelly's advise is great if you need someone that will be reasonable for the price and service. Internet can show you companies and websites with packages for planners and Day of Coordinator. Find what seeks best to your budget and confirm all the details for vendors to visit.

    I shopped around a bit for a wedding planner in Vancouver as I live out of town but found everything was REALLY expensive so ended up just hiring a DOC. Alicia Keats quoted around $12 000 and Sweetheart Events $7500 I think and that was around the norm. I did hire Sweetheart Events for a day of coordinator (and she's been awesome!) but I think it's hard to get one that's not several thousand dollars at least.

    You can check kijiji for up and coming wedding planners that way they can be affordable for your event. you can even search on wedding wire too for your area and contact them all and see whta is in your price range
