Addresses are not saved after inputting each one.

Hi,

I was just about to get the addresses off of my guest list to begin mailing out the invites and none of the addresses are saved!! I had entered them all in back in January and now i have none.

Please help me with this.

    Unfortunately, if the information you were typing in manually didn't save, that means it's not in our system, so we wouldn't be able to recover this for you. Smiley sad I'm sorry about that!

    I was typing them in manually. I see that some saved but not all.

    Hi Celeste! I'm sorry to hear about this.

    I do see that some of your guests have an address saved, but most do not. How were you collecting those addresses and adding them to your account? Were you typing them in manually, or did you use the Request Address tool?
