Adding people to reception

Hi there I’m having trouble adding people that are attending to the wedding and then adding them to the reception I see the box that I have to click but every time I click it save it and get out of it and go back in nothing has saved. I have already added all the attendees for the wedding I am hoping I do not have to do the same thing over just to have them checked up on the reception also... can you help ???

    I think it's easier on the website.

    Under guest list tab you can select the event (rehearsal, shower, reception ect.) And then click + guest to import them from the main list. It should create a pop-up will everyone so you can select a few at a time.

    I've found most of the planning tools are easier to use on the desktop site instead of the app.
