Adding Guests plus 1 problem

I'm trying to add plus 1's to my guest list and have already corresponded with a customer service agent via email. Im trying to follow her instructions but can't seem to figure it out. I was hoping someone could walk me through the process

    Hi Kimberlea! Since the instructions I'd send along would probably be the same as what you're already working with, could you let me know where you're getting stuck or having trouble?

    Also, just as a quick side note, make sure you're using the website and not the mobile app when you try to add a Plus One!
