Adding an invitation to wedding wire

Hello all,

My amazing wedding party is planning a Stag/ette for my FH and I and we want to invite a few other guest to join the party after we get back from our winery tour and we are also having a Food tasting the evening before. I wanted to create an invite to be sent out to select few via email. does anyone know if I can create an invite and send out to select people on my guest list

    Sorry Belinda - I just saw this message! You can all of the messages left by guests when they RSVP in your inbox . If you're on desktop - just click on the envelope icon next to your picture in the top right corner of the screen. If you're using the app - click on "More" in the bottom corner, then on the envelope icon in the top right of the screen!

    Did you see the answer on how to create an Event? That is how you add another invite i have added a couple more since

    HI Lynnie.


    I am hoping you can help me again i am not sure why i struggle with this website so much i was hoping it would be easier to use. How do i see messages left by guest when the RSVP i see it in the message notification i get but cant see t when i am on the site. i googled it and it said there would be a post it note attached i do not see that post it note could you help please

    Thank you for the information, Now how do I edit the invite, I cant seems to find how to see the invite after I created it

    Hi Belinda! You can definitely do this through WeddingWire!

    First you'll need to create a new event in your guest list for the Stag/ette, and add the invited guests to that guest list. You can see step-by-step instructions on setting up multiple events here: RSVP for multiple events PLUS meal tracking!!!

    Once you've set up a Stag/ette guest list, click on the drop-down arrow next to "Send message" and choose the "Online invitation" option. This will take you to a page where you can design and send the e-vite!

    Following.... this is an awesome question that I’m sure an administrator would know the answer to. I wanted to do the same thing with our wedding invites, so this would be great to know.
