Adding a question to rsvp section on Website

Hi everyone!

Just a quick question and looking for some help! I am trying to find out how to add a question onto my wedding website for when guests do their RSVPs. For example, we have a minimum limit of rooms booked at our hotel. I was hoping to add "are you staying the night" and they can select yes or no.... I have added a menu selections already so something like that would be perfect.

Yes you can edit/add questions. When youre in your web page hit whichever heading you want to modify. You should see a pencil for edit on each box. Hit and add/edit what you need. Feel free to look at my web page as I had to add that for Hotel Accommodations as well.
