Adding a household

Christy, on February 28, 2017 at 19:29 Posted in Tech support 0 2
I would like for the entire household to be listed when 1 guest searches their name to rsvp. I have all my my guests in different groups according to households. Currently when guests search their name, only their name comes up and nobody else in their household. How do I set it up where the whole household is listed when just 1 person searches ?Would make life easier !

Hi Christy! I'm happy to hear that your website is coming along! Smiley smile As Valerie mentionned, even if your guests are in groups, the way the RSVP works on the website is by seaching each name individually when they RSVP. They can still search by Last Name and that way all the users with the same last name will come up. Let us know how it goes! Smiley heart

Well when a guest searches for their name it pulls up the list of others with the same last name, so they'd be able to RSVP for everyone that way. But unfortunately there's no way to fix/restrict the results that will come up. I also have my guest list organized by household and no one has seemed to have any issues with searching names.

Just be clear when addressing the invite or I even wrote in my guests names on the individual RSVPs so it was very clear who was invited.
