Hi Sam!
Once you've added all of your guests, you can click on their name and link them to another guest. I've played with the tool just a bit, so I'm not sure if there's another (easier) way to do it.

I asked the name because there is only a few plus ones, so I used the online invitations on here and they can RSVP for them at the same time as they RSVP for themselves
