Hey Maya, unfortunately this may be a question directly for tech support. If you're following the correct steps, and say putting in any other link (google.ca) works, then it could be an issue with your link, or maybe it's too long? Try converting it to a bit.ly link or something and try that?

I just tried to use the link you have on your wedding website and it redirects me to https://www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress/hotels/us/en/colwood/yyjcd/hoteldetail?qAA

Looks good? (I'm using Google Chrome- I've heard that Firefox Mozilla isn't compatible with the wedding wire website though. I haven't tried it for this link but last time there was a discussion on the fact that links weren't working or that maps weren't showing up it was because of the browser. In that case Google Chrome and Internet Explorer both worked)
