10 things you don't want to forget about your reception - Where will you place favours?

We are thinking of handing them out after our receiving line but we’re not sure yet

Our venue has a small hallway leading to reception room. I think I will set up favours there so guests can pick them up on their way out. Plus we will have a candy table by the cake for people to fill.

Not sure if we are having favours

We are putting our cupcakes in little boxes and placing them at every seat and using those as favours.

We had shelving by the doors.

We’ll be placing them on their individual table setting so everyone gets one and no one grabs extra. Will also give a nice pop of colour to the decor

On a separate table just for them to make it more fun, having a candy bar.

We are going to be putting our favours on everyone's plates at the reception. They are just little candles so hopefully they take them, if not we will have lots of cute little candles everywhere

Our idea was the seating of the guest with the favours and Thank you card to have less walking around and breaking the gift.

Yep! Our coordinator will set up the tables right after dinner and have signs to remember the favours! Also in our thank you speech it will be noted and by the DJ once the table is set up!

I've been thinking we'll put them on the same table as our guest book so they can grab one when they sign.

I think at the Find your Seat table where they grab their favour and their place card at the same time

We aren’t having favours, we’ll be having a candy table though and that’ll be in the foyer to our hall, near the bar

No favours but we will be doing a donation... undecided if we will have signs on tables or just one sign on the card table

We'll have them right out front and someone manning the table to make sure guests don't forget to grab them!

We aren't doing favours. We are serving cupcakes as well as the dessert bar and we have boxes for the cupcakes if anyone wants to take them home.

We haven't decided on if we will have them at each seat or on the table with the guestbook. When we are at the venue the day before we will see what will work best.

We don't have official favours, though the bakery provides take out boxes for the cupcakes if guests are too full to eat theirs at the wedding. I have a little sign that will go near the cupcakes letting them know of this option

I think we will be putting them on each persons setting. Our favours are going to be both our favourite chocolates. I have a bad feeling if they are left out on one table that some one will scoop multiples!

Our favors are actually sunglasses, so they will be out on the table when you enter the garden for the ceremony, beside the programs!

I was thinking of having a favour table by our guestbook and card table, but seeing pp's I've realized that some people may not take the favours/miss the table so I think we'll place them at each table setting.
