Both my dj (my godfather) and my photographer (one of my aunties) are invited to the wedding, so no question they'll be eating.

We are just having a BBQ with burgers and hot dogs. So there will be plenty for everyone.

We only fed our photographer as my DJ did not start until after dinner.

I will only have my officiant and photographer but both will be invited to stay for drinks and apps. Our ceremony starts at 7 so after the dinner hour but they may want something to snack on.

Absolutely! I couldn't imagine not feeding my vendors.

Any vendors that will be there during the reception are all having meals, I sent them their meal choices awhile ago. We have our photographers and videographers sitting with our parents at the table right in front of our head table so they can get photos and video of us during dinner and during all the speeches. Our DJ said that he will eat at the DJ booth but we said if he ends up wanting to sit at a table we left a space at a table for him as well.

Yes we did since it was part of the contract. They ate during the cocktail hour so they could do their work for the reception.

Our wedding is being held outdoors lakeside in a campground, with a pig roast buffet, limited refreshments and a big bonfire, music and activities for campers all weekend long...I have included all vendors plus a few extras just in case for my head count. My awesome chef is camping out with us and making breakfast for us all the next morning. How awesome is that?!!!

Only vendors staying is photographers so they will be eating whenever they wish

We don't have all our vendors yet and haven't discussed catering with our venue yet, but I'm sure they'll all get to pick a meal from our options.

Vendors are in our guest count and will have food! We only have to feed the photographer, DJ, and venue coordinator since they are the ones who'll be there at the reception.

Yep- we don't have a different price for vendor meals so we just counted them as guests. Our two day of coordinators, two photographers, and DJ.

Yes we will have food available for our vendors that are there all day. Our DJ, photographer and coordinator. It only fair, they are more than likely doing an incredible job and will have been for hours so they deserve to eat too!

The only vendors we have staying over dinner is our photographer and his assistant. I asked them which choice of meal they would like, and later today I will be emailing my venue coordinator the choices for everyone attending the wedding.

We had a buffet. We had sat our photographers at a front table so they got their food right after us. Our DJ and MC were friends so they got to eat with their families.

Our venue has food included, they have a seasonal menu each year. They are closed for the winter, so I have to wait until they open and figure out what their menu will be this year. Each person will get to choose their meal, and they even offer vegetarian AND vegan options.

Not yet - I’m still far out for that! But I will arrange for them once it gets closer!

We only have to worry about the DJ and possibly our photographer. I will leave it up to the photographer as they will be leaving just as dinner is coming out. So it will be completely up to them!

Our vendors will be eating the same thing as the rest of the guests. Since it's a buffet, it'll be easy to manage!

We will be giving our vendors the same meals that our guests will be eating. We'll probably only have 3 or 4 vendors depending on if the DJ has an assistant.

Yes, we are serving meals to 5 or 6 people on our vendor team (depending on whether our DJ brings an assistant). They will eat at their own table
