Will you use his last name?

I am keeping my name, we are not planning on having kids, so the last name is not a big deal. He is not a huge fan of his last name, but doesn't want to take mine either, so we both agreed to keep our own last names

That’s the intention but either way, I’ll likely take his last name. We’re both very progressive but for me there’s a sentimentality to it, not an obligation.

No way! I've known from a very young age that I would never change my name when I got married. Just doesn't seem fair that women are 'expected' to give up their identity for marriage.

We're thinking of combining our names to make a new one! Found it fitting since we are starting a new chapter in our lives.
