    I find that if you already know what you want and you don't need any help and don't mind taking it all on, booking it yourself if a great option. I find that using a travel agent is most helpful in situations where you just need recommendations and want to pay for their time....because it is worth it Smiley winking

    We did not go through a travel agency. My husband handled most the arrangements (which stressed me out for the most part! He's very go with the flow and I like to have a game plan) but I did the majority of the wedding planning so he could help with the honeymoon.

    We will be going through a travel agency but doing most or all of the leg work ourseleves when it comes to our honeymoon as we will have a bit of time inbetween our honeymoon and wedding
