I wanted to share our story to all the brides out there! I also want to hear how your proposals went & attach any photos/videos you have! 
Our Story:
My fiancé and I have been dating for almost 9 years July 9, 2020. The past 3 years have been a really difficult time for us his mother was diagnosed with ALS. We had been talking about getting married for a bit before her diagnoses but when it came back we gave up on everything and strictly focused on her. Before she passed away in October 2020, she gave us her blessing and gave us her ring. It was the ring from his Father and she told us to redesign it however we liked. My Fiancé, Umberto, had already had a meeting scheduled with Diamond Boi and explained to him our situation. He wanted to propose before she passed. She was getting weaker and we knew this had to be done quick. Diamond Boi did everything he could to have that ring designed and finished in time, however, she sadly passed away a day later after she gave us the ring. She was such a beautiful person.
When Umberto got the ring from Diamond Boi he had to plan a date where I wouldn't have any clue what was about to happen. He secretly hired an amazing Proposal Planner - Amber Walker, and had her set everything up for him. He proposed to me on my birthday January 12, 2020. He thought it would be the least expected as we usually just do dinner. He told me we were going to a restaurant and I'd never been, so as we're driving I'm not paying any attention to where we're going and we pull up to a golf course. I was a little confused but he said they have a really good restaurant it is highly recommended so I thought we'd try it out. I wasn't even thinking or jumping to any conclusions, still completely oblivious I hopped out of the truck and started to walk up to the front of the clubhouse. He told me the restaurant was around back - still completely oblivious - we walked to the back. The trees had pretty string lights all lit up. And as I walk down this long pathway unable to see anything we hear Michael Bublé - Crazy Love playing over the speakers. As I turn the corner I'm standing on a deck and a photographer starts capturing my reactions. It was magical. I love the snow & winter it was perfect! Beyond what I could have pictured. He looked at me as we walked over to the table and said "it's about time, right?" He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was beautiful. I will never forget that day.
It's extremely hard to tell people this story and as I write it I'm torn up, but it was the most beautiful proposal. I'm so happy to have some of her diamonds on my ring and know she is with me every day.
