If you go on St-Hubert street, you will have a lot of choices. I found my dress in Bella Moda and I am in love with it. So go take a look

If you hava a car and a passport I suggest David's Bridal in Burlington. I found my dress there for 100$ US no tax and even with the ridiculous exchange rate right now it ends up costing me less than 150$ CAD. Just make sure you keep your receipt because the Customs agent will ask you for proof of the price you paid. The border crossing agent was shocked to see my receipt and congratulated me on the deal I got

Oui Je Le Voeux on St Hubert street, you can rent the perfect dress for $600! Great consultants too. Went on a Saturday and it was jam packed and every other store on St Hubert street had maybe two or three people in it. Very popular place because of the variety and prices

I didn't get my dress here but there are lots of affordable options at Boudoir 1861 on st-laurent. Lots of dresses under 1000$

I went to 1861 and got pretty disappointed of the lack of size options they offered. Not every women is a size 2.
