Where to buy the liquor?

We've done the calculations, we have the SOP, but now I can't seem to figure out how I go about buying those 8 cases of beer and 38 bottles of wine? Am I missing something on the LCBO website? I pick a beer and they only have 38 cans of this, and 42 cans of that. What am I missing?
