Maui is phenomenal! My parents have a time share so we go every year (I think this is year 9) and we are on our way in 17 days so if you have any questions let me know! Smiley smile

We just got back from St. Lucia and I highly recommend it! We stayed at the Sandals Regency La Toc resort and we got a mixture of adventure and relaxation! Sandals frequently does deals so when we booked our honeymoon, it included some air credit, a sunset cruise and a 60 minute couple's massage! We also did a honeymoon registry (through Honeymoon Wishes) so some of our guests generously got us some of the outings we went on like zip lining and sea trekking. Of the 3 Sandals resorts on St. Lucia, I think that La Toc had the best beach. The view each morning for breakfast was unreal! (see below) We visited Halcyon and it was ok but smaller and was an older crowd. Grande is the largest. You can visit all 3 Sandals resorts and dine at them which was fun.

I would definitely recommend doing a couple outings and then hanging out at the resort for relaxation. (And the massage was the best!) They also do activities at the resort like a casino night, cabaret and on Fridays they do a street party with local food and performers like stilt walkers and fire limbo! St. Lucia would be a bit far for you (we were coming from CA and it was far) but it was worth it!

All inclusive resorts are more expensive up front but you definitely get your money's worth and you don't have to worry about tipping! We would have been having to tip like 10 times a day otherwise so it was really great not having to worry about that. If you have any questions, I'm happy to help! We literally just got back 2 days ago. Smiley smile

Hey Cara! I'm so glad your reaching out! I couln't wait to hear from you after seeing that gorgeous ring of yours! Smiley love So both choice are absolutely amazing, there's not doubt about that! You can definitely find a bit of adventure and relaxation in both.

You could contact a few vendors in our directory to see what options they have to offer for each: Honeymoon Edmonton That will definitely help you narrow down your options!

What activities do you both have in mind for your honeymoon? What adventure activities is he into? What about you? Smiley smile

We are thinking Aruba or St. Lucia. Our honeymoon will be in September though and our agent has let us know we will be catching the end of Hurricane season in St. Lucia. So leaning more towards the Riu in Aruba Smiley smile

Well it depends what your definition of "fair price" is as everyone is different with that and what might be a fair price to one but we too expensive for another! My FH and I have been looking into the Carribean - Costa Rica, Jamacia, Bahama's and Dominican! Out of the 4 Dominican is the cheapest but we are having a Jack and Jill and will be using that money towards a honeymoon as we have never travelled anywhere together so we are willing to spend a bit more money on it!
