When to start writing those vows!!?

I started writing mine earlier this month and my wedding is at the end of the month. My FH has had his done since mid-August. I think the length of them depends on how long you want your ceremony to be. We want a relatively short ceremony (20-30 minutes max) so our vows will be pretty short (1-2 minutes max).

You could always write a draft now and save it to a dropbox account. You can link that to your phone and open it from any computer, so you can work on it whenever the mood strikes you! That's what I've been doing with my speech and my parent's/groom's gift letters. Less pressure to get it done all in one shot!

For your own sanity I'd probably want to have them finished by 1-2 weeks before the wedding I'd say the earlier you start thinking about them and drafting them the better, because it gives you more time!

In terms of length - I'd shoot for around 30 seconds long when you read it out loud, you don't want it to be too long!
