What's a must have at your reception?

My must have is photo booth so my guest can have a ready photo they could take home. My fiancé's mush have is cocktail party since our families haven't really met beside our parents.

My fiance loves poutine more than anything hahaah! I have a feeling he may not even eat dinner and just wait for the poutine table to come out haha!

My favourite idea so far - I booked lawn games to rent for our wedding (giant jenga, ring toss, giant connect 4 plus we have bocce ball, ladder ball) so people can play outdoors during the reception! I think/hope it will be something that helps add a bit of fun to our wedding

For us, it was trees.

Like foliage and greenery for pictures. We're getting married in October for the colours of the fall season and all that, can't really see much of it if it's indoors at a hall or a golf club. We found a great place that has a little bit of both" the safety of it all being inside, and then the beautiful trees outside.

Also, good food haha I think that's a must in ANY event.

For us, it was great food and music.

Now I want a chocolate fountain. I'm going to look into that. My fiancee is going to freak lol. We are already spending so much money on the open bar, 4 course meal and the midnight buffet.

What's a must at my wedding? A big dance floor, am awesome dj, Italian/Portuguese food and a midnight buffet. Those are a must.

A cocktail hour was a must for us. It really is a good time for guests to mingle and get to loosen up before dinner.

Our main thing was just straight up good food, and good music. Once we knew we had that, we decided to add a cigar bar. I think it'll be a nice thing for the boys.

Lol oh my gosh that picture is so funny! My fiancé really wanted a dance floor outside in the trees near where we will have our wedding tent set up. I knew it wouldn’t be big enough and what if it rained? So his dad has cleared a small area for us and is building a small dance floor there and we will have a bigger one in the tent. Talk about spoiled!! Haha but now we can have the safety of a dance floor in the tent just in case and a perfect little one with lights strung in the trees and we can dance under the stars

My fiancé and I are considering a dessert table or cheese station!

That picture totally cracked me up. I love chocolate dipped strawberries, your chocolate fountain would be my favourite part of your wedding... haha.

I'm not sure what our must have is exactly, we aren't doing many extras... I think it's more like our guest list... having all our friends there to celebrate with us.

For us it’s definitely a photo booth. They are so much fun and are great little keepsakes for guests. We have a bunch of photos up in our room from a wedding we went to last year. It definitely reminds you of the fun you had that day.
