Hi lovely ladies! Smiley heart

When you first got engaged, you probably had all these ideas about how your wedding would be and should be...

...and then you started wedding planning and probably realized there were a few things you wished you had known before. What are they? Smiley laugh

Take it one day at a time, and remember to breathe,,,, Also take time away from it all completely step away dont talk about it nothing do something fun with your family and friends ... and most of all its your day do what you want .. especially if you are the one footing the bill... you only are suppose to do this once so do it how you want to ! and very important ... HAVE FUN WITH IT !!!!

Don't ask for someone's opinion if you won't be ok hearing them disagree with you.

When I first started planning I wanted everyone's opinion on everything and if someone didn't like my ideas, I was a little offended. I got this advice from my photographer and I really liked the way she said it. It helped me to realize that it's our wedding and we don't need justification from anyone else to do things the way we want (especially since we are paying for everything ourselves!).

We are having a large wedding approximately 600 guests. Organize one aspect at a time.

    Hi everyone,

My advice to the other brides would be to take time to organize everything but don't get overwhelmed. Take breaks in between wedding planning to do other things, spend time with your future spouse, hangout with family and friends, take time for yourself and enjoy being engaged. Everything will come together on your wedding day! Smiley smileSmiley ring

I also like Alice and Daniel's advice as I agree with this concept! Smiley smile

Hi Alice & Dan! Smiley heart

That's great! It looks like your planning went very well. Smiley smile It's great to have your feedback in the community! How many people did you invite to your wedding? I thought these ideas could also be useful to inspire you for that moment, right after you said "I Do".

Trash the dress. Yes or No?

    Sparkles, rice or bubbles?

How will you display your wedding pictures?

Can't wait to see what you choose! Smiley smile How many days do you have left until your wedding?

My best advice is keep it simple! we didn't do a bridal party (no brides maid dresses to pick, shoes or hairstyles to decide on or siblngs or friends asking why they didnt get put in the bridal party) all this was omittied! the only dress I needed to find was mine .. the bride and the little flower girl we chose! neither did we have a large wedding, we kept it simple, classy and very elegant and plan to celebrate with our closet friends and family.

Then we found a venue that did everything for us all we had to do was arrive!
