What were you doing ten months before the big day?

I wasn't even engaged ten months ago. I've been kept busy from the week before Christmas till now since our day is September 24th. It's great that you have so much time. Take a break or have a mini vacation, even if it's just visiting someone you haven't seen for a while because they live so far away.

My mom and his mom don't have their dresses picked out yet. The way I look at it is that it's their decision and I don't need to be involved in it. It doesn't need to be anything fancy so I've let them do their own thing. I have everything else you've mentioned... except for the details. We don't have flavours picked out yet for the cake but know exactly what we want it to look like, have a florist booked but haven't completely decided on what flowers we want exactly, and we have a decorator but again... haven't set details in stone because it's still ten months away. We have our DJ and even a three piece string band for our ceremony paid off, our officiant was booked right away (she also happens to be the consultant who sold me my dress lol), I have all of the accessories for myself... Maybe I should just start making the invites so that they are ready to go. That will keep me occupied lol

Our stag and doe is at the end of the month and it's bugging the crap out of me that I haven't had any hands on planning with it (his family planned the whole thing back in his home town). We have to travel 7 hours just to go to it. I also think thats been weighing me a bit. I get stressed out too easily and it bugs me when I can't be hands on with something, especially an event, which is being held in my honour.

Oh boy. I would have gone insane if I only had 8 months to plan the whole thing! I have everything done that I can possibly do, except sending out invites, but I still feel like I should be doing something more. Maybe I need a DIY craft to keep me busy.

10 months before my wedding I was not even engaged lol

Im 10 months away. I have my dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses. The boys know what they are wearing and will be going next month. Decor, flowers, cake, cupcake favors, caterer, venue, dj are all done. Officiant has been booked. We pretty much have everything done that needs to be right now. Next step is sending out invitations.

I had 8 months to plan the entire wedding... I can't help you out here but maybe you can help me out 😂😂😂 what all have you done so far?? My weddings a week away and I feel like I'm gunna forget little things... like a guestbook lol you can spend this limbo time before the wedding, helping me out hahah

10 months before I booked my hair person , had all my decor made, photographer, and rentals for linen etc. Now I only have 11 days left til the wedding ❤💜
