Seating chartWhat to print seating chart on? 1

I am looking to do my own seating chart. I am going to get a template from Etsy for $12 but I would like to do it on foamboard/canvas so it looks as professional as possible. Where did you guys get them done? Staples? How much did it cost? I have someone who can do it all for $70 but I am looking to do it cheaper then that, if possible?

I second this opinion! Vista print also has sales all the time so you may be able to get a good deal on it depending on when you order!

How big were you looking for? I know that Vista Print has foam boards - I think the one that looks to be the size in the picture is $58 but if you get it any bigger than 22 X 28 the price doubles. Link= VistaPrint.ca/signs-posters

I am doing a large seating plan as well but I didn't want to spend the money on the foam board, so I am printing it as a poster (around $10) then framing it. The frame will cost a little bit more but I can reuse it after the wedding, probably to frame our favourite wedding picture.

I don't like the look of separate ones. Doesn't fit my classy elegant wedding style. So I prefer a posterboard on an easle

I'm printing smaller ones - one sheet for each table and then attaching them to a kind of picture frame. I'm not sure you will find it much cheaper than that especially if you have your heart stuck on canvas. I would definitely check out Staples - they have a lot of options.. you can even price it out on their website and see what you may be looking at. They have card stock, laminate, there are a lot of different options of material and sizes to print on that would be much cheaper than $70
