What questions do you ask a potential bartender before hiring?

Hey Sarah, were you able to hire a bartender? Who did you end up going with?

Some questions we had was:

1) How many bartenders are needed for ____ amount of guests

2) Do I pay for the service or for the amount of bar tenders/hour

3) Do you supply everything (including mix, cups, and alcohol)

4) Do they accept tipping in a jar or can they put that jar away for a price

5) How much? lol

6) How much time to set up?

7) When do they cut people off?

8) Types of bar service they offer (open, host, toonie, cash, etc.)

9) Cancellation clause (for them cancelling as well as you)

I think that was it but IDK Our bar tenders are friends of the family so I can always ask them more later.
