I am afraid I will forget something important! I am also afraid I will forget to invite someone and offend them. I am vaguely terrified that my dress will be too short since I ordered with 5 extra inches I am sure that won't be an issue but the consultant kept saying shorter instead of longer...so fear! I am also afraid that our photographer won't know what to do with tall people and all my photos will be of the never flattering angle of navel pointing up at my face. I am sure everything will be fine and I expect some hiccups and stumbles and I keep telling myself that as long as we are married at the end of the day the rest of the details don't matter, I don't always listen to my logical self.

My other fear is getting sick before the wedding! I get sick very easily, especially when I'm stressed and low on sleep so fingers crossed that no one sneezes on me!

That is my fear too! One of my friends got married a couple years ago and had 30 no shows! SInce we're having a destination wedding, I'm hoping that we're not going to run into that problem but we did find out a couple weeks ago that two guests weren't coming but we only found out through someone else and then followed up with them so I don't know when they were planning to tell us! I'm also worried about people bringing extra guests. One of my mom's family friends was super pushy about her son bringing his gf and both my mom and I told her that we'd let her know if we have room. She just messaged me this week (less than 2 weeks before the wedding) and was like "so can she come?" (Clearly not if we haven't reached out to you by now.) So I told her that unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any additional guests but we look forward to seeing her there.

We'll be doing something similar! My best friend is going to watch for anything bad and let us know so we can tell them to leave. Thank you so much for being a support, please know I'm here as well!

Any time Cheryl! I know it helped me knowing that I wasn't the only one with a... shall we say... dramatic family. Our drama can go extreme and we will be warning FMIL that any one creating distrubtive drama will be asked to leave immediately. I've assigned a friend to "bounce" anyone I give the "nod" to. HAHA Smiley winking . But for real, we're taking a no non-sense approach to drama on our wedding day.

If you ever need to talk about it, feel free to shoot me a private message. Always happy to help a fellow bride, even if it's just by listening and understanding Smiley smile

I am worried that something will go wrong the day of, and I am worried that people might RSVP and either forget to come or just not show up!

I am there with you Cheryl... I'm most worried about FMIL creating drama. But try not to worry it Cheryl, I don't know what specific drama you're worried about, but I can say that you don't have to let it ruin everything. You'll still be married to your FH at the end of the day, and that's the best part of all Smiley smile

If one of my parents will give permission or not, and if my family will start drama and ruin it all
