Hi, so we finally set a date ...It only took is 5 years to set a date. But this is the first time actually planning the wedding! I need help for some wellness tips ... Anythings appreciated I really want to look and feel great with something I can managed without no weird dieting . I want to be strong in all aspects ! Thanks

    I did and it helped loads. I had more energy, my skin was awesome, no bloating, etc. I liked how I felt so I've kept up a lot of it even after the wedding.

    I would suggest trying CrossFit. It is a multi-discipline workout. It has been a great discovery for me.
